Neema Mkwawa is an Intern from John Hop King University (JHU) who has been working with HHU for six months now and Robert Shejamabu, a fellow on the same JHU program ACE mentoring programme have received awards certificates as graduates on the first six months of the program.

September 2014, HHU education team of YPHEs' trainers started to re introduce the new project phase in two wards of Njombe Region based in Njombe Town council; Ramadhani and Njombe town by visiting the local government officials like town council director, town council education officials and head of schools for sharing the plans and schedules.

Terry’s Tanzania
In January 2006, Montreal’s famed Gazette cartoonist Terry Mosher (Aislin) traveled to the Southern Highlands of the East African nation of Tanzania to visit Highlands Hope.
He captured the beauty, the heartbreak and the courageous determination of Highlands Hope activists like nurse Betty Liduke, community-organizer Jackson Mbogela, and the men, women and children who make the Makete and Njombe Districts of Tanzania a very special place.
