YPHE program started by preparing 10 trainers to be used in the whole program, the training was conducted at HHU head offices on Kibena Njombe where Education Consultant “Hannah Hershman” from St. Georges School Montreal Canada was the Chief trainer helped by George Menson Sanga the project Tanzania site trainer.

The preparations for the program were done by HHU staff persons (Betty, George, Neema and Robert) assisted by ROYAL ORR from Canada the key person helping in communication and projects implementations with HHU. It was good time to have Royal in Njombe especially in the first stages preparing the TOTs program. He was also able to facilitate with some presentations during the training in the first 4 days.
