The following programme and financial reports were provided by Betty Liduke, Coordinator of Highlands Hope of Tanzania and Executive member of the Kibena Women's Asscoiation, for a three day capacity-building workshop held in Njombe in September with the support of Highlands Hope of Tanzania and St. George's Elementary School of Montreal.

3. National Policy and Land Law as it applies to widow/widower/children
4. Income generation
5. HIV/AIDS

1. In general the participation was hundred percent (100%), participants were very happy to know Laws, Policies and changing ideas with others
2. There were many questions from participants
3. Facilitators were active to explain and answer question from participants and they opened a door to participants to pop in to their officers for any queries and help
EXPECTATION:-
1. Participants to gain knowledge of Policies, Law, income generation and HIV/AIDS
2. Participants to use the knowledge on their daily life and activities
3. Participants will be able to educate others on the issue of Policy, Law, income generation and HIV/AIDS
